Building Success: Another milestone win for team Helix

We are celebrating again this week, after being awarded the latest batch of Greenwich Builds council home-building projects, due to start on site later this year. The works consist of 43 new homes for social rent to people on the Council’s housing register, across 5no sites within the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Working in partnership with the Council and Blakeney Leigh Limited, we will deliver these much-needed affordable homes.

As with all London boroughs, space within Greenwich is at a premium. Finding sites for development and provision of new, quality homes is always a challenge. We look forward to working with the team, unlocking the potential and helping the government deliver more homes against their ambitious targets.
