Building Trust, another scheme ready to start on site

Working in congested central London is always a challenge. Getting it right before you start on site is essential. Thanks to the hard work of our team, Westminster Community Homes, Metashape Architects Philip Pank Partnership LLP, Michael Barclay Projects Ltd – MBP and IRVINEERING LTD we have collectively achieved the relevant approvals and agreements, and we’re ready to start on this amazing project.

We are converting an old and tired MOT yard into 15 social rent properties for local people. Due to its prominent location on the high street, a high quality design precedence was set, establishing this as a landmark building. One that will define future developments for years to come. Metashape produced a stunning design with a high specification brick façade and detailing.

Building Trust, not only with the client but also local stakeholders was key to getting the go ahead. Restructuring our complex delivery strategy to gain TFL sign off, ensuring the public are kept safe and access remains unimpeded.
