Welcome to Helix Partnership Homes

We are a new and innovative housebuilder operating across the South of England, including London and the GLA. We offer a comprehensive end-to-end development service, partnering with public and private sector landowners to deliver up to 40 new homes per site. Our internal teams bring tier-one contractor and national housebuilder experience, sharing industry best practices to deliver small to medium-sized and often complex housing developments that others may find challenging or uneconomical.

With our in-house planning and delivery team, we can unlock new sites that might otherwise stall or become unviable. Our senior team has extensive experience working on larger developments in joint ventures with landowners and housing associations, and we are well-versed in collaborating with Homes England and the Social Housing Regulator.
