Construct
Our first appointment for Helix Construct in Oxfordshire. We were appointed as main contractor to deliver a substantial new, five-bedroom, detached property in the centre of Didcot. Our first activity involved the careful demolition of an existing house and garage. The house was designed to Passivhaus standards, using an insulated former for a raft foundation ground floor slab. Design also included disability access and ground floor wet room shower facilities.
