A large, detached, modern three-bedroom family home for private rent, in Newbury Berkshire, built on land adjacent to the client’s own property as a long-term investment. This was the first project completed by Helix Construct and was awarded having impressed the client with early cost planning and construction advice provided by our sister company Helix Consulting. By overlapping elements of detailed design and procurement the project was completed quickly, on time and to a high standard of internal finish.

- Shared access
The client lives adjacent to the development and stayed in occupation throughout the build. Construction works had to be managed using a shared access road. This involved careful co-ordination, control and segregation of all labour and material deliveries.

Our client had no previous development experience and benefitted from our professional guidance at every step, from planning external works and access through to the selection of fittings and finishes.
