Project summary
Our first Passivhaus principal scheme, spread across two neighbouring infill sites in Feltham. The new homes will provide a test case for Sapphire to determine the benefits (reduced fuel bills, resident satisfaction, stable temperature, moisture reduction) prior to rolling out mass delivery of Zero Carbon new homes by 2025.
We have managed this project using our Passivhaus Project Tracker, incorporating all design, modelling and air testing requirements into contractor design and installation periods. Using this process, the Helix team has successfully delivered the challenging air tightness requirements.
