Helix negotiated the design and build contract to the last phase of EcoWorld’s Millbrook Park Development. The development started on site May 2023 and is to be completed September 2024.

Key features
- Construction of x5 Town Houses, x5 3- and 4-Bedroom Houses, and x2 Apartments.
- Elevations include a mixture of brickwork and cladding, zinc roofing seen across all properties.
- A number of utilities were already in contract with EcoWorld as part of the wider development. Early engagement and coordination with the utility providers allowed for a seamless handover ahead of connection and commissioning.
- The development benefits from a DHN (District Heat Network) to heat homes. Sustainable energy features such as low flush w/c and energy efficient appliances are incorporated and is insulated to an incredibly high standard throughout.
