Project summary

The scheme addresses the local housing need by ‘bookending’ existing blocks within the well-established estate. The Platt Estate is home to a longstanding and vibrant community, with Helix creating an additional 4 homes to the North and 8 homes to the South. With the works split across the estate, access is restricted, and logistical challenges will be managed sensitively.
